Pecan Delight - I invented this delicious concoction because I love turtles (the chocolate, pecan and caramel kind). I just like a lot more pecans and chocolate. Nobody has been able to eat a piece and not go crazy with delight so far.

Pepperoni Bread - I picked this recipe up when I lived in the northeast. Although it is a Yankee delight, I dare anyone from Texas to not like it. I am still trying to figure out how to make it without the pepperoni and melted mozzarella cheese from bursting the bread at the seams.
